In 2014, I decided to leave my comfort zone of corporate life and strike out on my own. I departed Jack Henry & Associates in October of that year and had enough money to make it only to the end of the year. In July of 2016, my private practice morphed into OmniChannel Communications when I joined forces with industry veteran Heather Anderson. Heather has since moved on, making me sole owner of OmniChannel. I guess you can measure success in any number of ways, but here I am, still doing what I do best and what I enjoy most: helping people get the word out.
