I have gained extensive experience in anesthesia in different settings (academic hospitals, Central Military Hospital, middle-large regular hospital, private clinics), providing perioperative care for a wide scope of procedures (everything except cardiac and intracranial surgery), focusing on ultrasound guided regional anesthesia and advanced difficult airway management, awake fibre-optic intubation and using IT to support the anesthesia practice in the hospital.During my tenure as an consultant anesthesiologist in a medium-large regular hospital I became increasingly interested in fasttrack anesthesia, focusing on short fast induction, short recovery, multimodal analgesia whilst maintaining the highest quality level of care and safety. Switching to a new clinic of Bergman Clinics in 2018, I had the pleasure of joining a group of 8 colleagues all working in different focus clinics (primarily Orthopedics Surgery) and being one of the four primary anesthesiologists in a newly built clinic of Bergman Clinics with 5 brand new operating theatres, primarily focused on plastic surgery and gynaecology. Being able to work with highly experienced surgeons who are nationally and internationally top of their field allowed me to develop fast track anesthesia in an environment where fast track anesthesia matters more compared to my previous clinics experiences.
