- Onboarded and managed collaborations with more than 40 diverse organizations such as companies, unions, research institutes, civil society organizations, and donor agencies, enhancing project outreach and impact. - Organized more than 20 roundtables addressing critical topics including platform work, up-skilling, re-skilling, algorithmic management, and youth employment, facilitating multistakeholder discussions and solutions. - Coordinated 10 expert lectures featuring renowned experts from international organizations, EU institutions, and agencies, enhancing professional knowledge and network expansion.- Prepared 24 monthly, tailor-made briefings that provided stakeholders with up-to-date policy developments, upcoming events, and recent research related to the future of work, supporting strategic decision-making. - Developed and launched an online course focused on the regulatory challenges associated with platform (gig) work, with a focus on Global South. - Co-authored and edited two annual reports on the future of work, achieving over 2,000 downloads, and enhancing visibility and impact of research findings. - Co-authored three policy guides on AI ethical principles, data transparency in the workplace, and social protection.- Created a fellowship program targeting early-stage researchers and young professionals.Key competencies: project management, community development and engagement, events/meetings coordination and organization.

- Facilitated focus group sessions and conducted semi-structured interviews, gathering qualitative data to inform business strategy and policy development. - Co-authored two publications: one analysing different coop models across Europe and status of independent contractors in Serbia and another providing a guide for cooperatives creation aimed at independent workers; both documents published in Serbian.

- Carrying out the first exploratory research on the socio-economic position of platform workers in Serbia and research on new digital inequalities and the potential of digital entrepreneurship to close gender and income gaps (see the publications section below);- Research on digital competencies and skills necessary for the Fourth Industrial Revolution;- Developing project concepts and ideas related to the digital work, platform economy, and online participation;- Designing the conference program of the first annual conference Future of Work in Serbia in 2018 (entitled Future of Work - Future is Now);- Conducted more than 100 interviews and 15 focus groups with 10-15 participants;- Dissemination of research results to key stakeholders, relevant research institute and think tanks, and media;- Delivering presentations at international conferences and on media (TV and radio);- Worked on human security projects supported by the OSCE Mission in Serbia, DCAF, Netherlands’ Fund for Regional Partnership – MATRA, and UNODC.Key competencies: research design, quantitative and qualitative research methods, policy analysis, public speaking, advocacy strategies development, project management, presentation skills, logistics, and communications.

- Organization of an international training "The New Concept of Social Inclusion" (Montenegro) for +20 participants from different European countries; - Organization of two international training sessions "Tools for Social Development" (Serbia) for +40 participants from across Europe;- Developing and carrying out workshop activities around the concepts of social inclusion and development.Key competencies: design and evaluation of workshops and educational programs, understanding and facilitating individual and group learning processes, intercultural sensitivity and communication.
