- Preparation of monthly profit and lost report for EU Subsidiaries and reporting cost related KPI’s;- Managing and posting accruals- Monthly forecasting of logistics costs;- Collaboration with procurement to finalize all logistics contracts;- Elaborate cost driven analysis to improve logistics cost ratio;

- Coordinate inbound flow by constant communication with 3PL and customs broker;- Coordinate EHQ guidelines and local custom broker in order to define HS code;- Project coordinator for new processes improvements;- Process claims for the different entities, including insurance companies;
