Duties/accountabilities include:- Provide a customer and quality focused service to approximately 500 catholic schools in Victoria including day to day assistance to CEM Staff and surrounding CEM Offices (West Melbourne, Werribee, Croydon and Moorabbin) Level 1 and Level 2 support- Rotational Desktop Engineer – Maintain Heat incident and service request job Queues, this could involve Troubleshooting Print Servers, Desktop and Laptop Faults, Printers, Mobile Phones, Tablets and any application issues.- Ability to Use HEAT IT Service Management Database, a ticketing system utilized to log reported incidents and service requests- Installation of new and refreshed desktop/ laptop devices to customers in a timely manner with minimal customer impact- Monitoring Melbourne wide catholic schools WAN connection to World Wide Web, liaise with Telstra provider to maintain service level agreements- Provide specialist support to CEM Executive and CEM training rooms/environment- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services provided- Ensure correct configuration, working capability of devices in the working environment- Liaise with external vendors to resolve issues out of our control etc. Telstra, Dell, NewEra, HP, Kytec and Canon- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the documentation for CEM and CEVN systems, Example: ICON Video Conferencing Project and ZSCALER- Managed deployment of Victoria wide video conferencing accounts for all catholic schools and CEM staff- Evaluate and monitor desktop standard operating environment, develop and establish standard operating environment and scripts to maximise productivity- Provide assistance with administration of zscaler service portal, a Web and Mobile Security system enforcing safe internet access for Victorian catholic schools.- Scheduling of Video conferences, booked by CEM Staff and surrounding CEM Offices- Provide Audio Visual/Videoconferencing support for meetings on and offsite.

- Desktop Rollout Deployment Project focusing on Bunnings stores all over victoria, installation of end user PC’s and point of sale Registers, use of Tivoli an imaging tool, use of asset tagging and packing, use of oracle; a system management database used to priorities work queues, installation of equipment in a neat professional manner, use of Data and phone patching capabilities.

- Desktop Rollout Deployment Project, use of asset tagging and packing, use of WDS and Ghost imaging tools, Desktop configurations, installation of both electrical and non-electrical equipment in a neat and professional manner, carried out reconnection to networks and data transfers, use of Active Directory, use of HP Openview a windows system management tool, Windows XP/ 7 support and deployment, and provided technical support to end users
