Jessica is a land planner with more than 23 years of experience in both public and private sector planning with multiple municipalities within Maricopa and Pinal Counties in Arizona. She has worked on the public side with the City of Phoenix as an associate planner, for Pinal County as a planner reviewing cases, coordinating site plans and comprehensive plan applications and as a contract planner for the City of Chandler. She has worked with several engineering firms on the private side and was previously a member of the Town of Gilbert Planning Commission as well as the Zoning Hearing Officer and on the Board of Adjustments for the City of Mesa. She was also part of the Valley Partnership Advocates Class of 2015/2016 and a part of the Bowman Linchpin Class of 2016.Previously she is served on the City of Mesa Planning & Zoning Board for 7 years and now is on the City Historic Preservation Board. She is an active part of the ULI NEXT and Urban Plan programs. She is also a past president and board member of the Arizona Chapter of the American Planning Association.Her experience in the private and public sector enables her to find information quickly.
