Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist
Current• Conduct End-of-Day balancing and reconcile activities with the General Ledger.• Review and clear system posting rejects, unapplied funds, and non-posted Lockbox payments.• Manage and process consumer loan payments, disbursements, and adjustments.• Address general inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.• Process consumer loan payoffs and managed collateral release.• Assist with loan funding inquiries and rectify funding errors.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth information flow.• Assisted in the initiation, calculation, and research in the GAP Refund Cancellation process to comply with the new regulation AB2311• Analyze GAP refund discrepancies, conduct thorough research, and ensure accurate refunds.• Collaborate with DMV and Insurance department for Title Conversions, Letter of Guarantee Processing, and CPI insurance.
