Responsible for all aspects of design, deployment, and operation of EdgeCast's IP CDN technology into large telecommunication operator environments. This includes, but not limited to, the network design implementation scenarios, systems and network integration, as well as the definition of operational processes, procedures, roles and responsibilities required for day-to-day operations of a CDN network in the licensed customer environment. I have been involved in the EdgeCast Licensed Customer LOB from the inception to the present.

Job responsibilities include the integration design and testing of VoIP deployment topologies using Cisco Unified Communications Manager and the Oracle Beehive Voicemail product. Also, act as a technical liaison between development, Global IT, and Oracle customers with deployment scenarios specific to Beehive Voicemail and Cisco Unified Communications Manager integration. Act as expert resource guiding and assisting development and QA with VoIP/SIP/PSTN deployment and implementation issues. · Created the deployment designs of the Oracle Beehive Voicemail product executing on Cisco IOS VXML routers and integration into the Cisco Unified Communications VoIP infrastructure.· Operated and supported the development and QA lab infrastructure for Beehive Voicemail development.· Technical lead for all issues relating to third party integration partners such as Cisco and Dialogic.· Designed and implemented “single number” fax detection for the Oracle Beehive product leveraging Weblogic SIP Server and Dialogic IP Media Servers front-ending Cisco IOS VXML routers executing the Voicemail application.· Technical lead on the internal global rollout of Oracle Beehive Voicemail supporting 80K users· Provide support for Oracle Global IT, Oracle On Demand, Oracle Consulting, and Oracle Product Development IT for the Oracle Beehive Voicemail product

Built operations department from the ground up. I was responsible for the design of the systems and network implementations as well as building a 24/7/365 staff in order to support the operation. Led a technical staff of 30 people responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and support for 600+ servers, which housed over 50,000 domains. The servers included shared web servers, customers co-location servers, as well as fully managed servers by my team for customers the directly.
