Manager responsible for staff training and management, inventory, and daily operations. Handled inventory using Microsoft Excel to track stock of fruit, input delivery information and to assess store inventory and place orders for/make needed items. Was responsible for advising staff needs to upper management and training new staff in store protocol as well as the operation of fresh and cold juice presses. Maintained a clean store and ensured all machinery was properly cared for. Created most of the store's cold pressed juice in bulk and bottled it to be sold. Assisted supervisor/on site nutritionist in making new items for the shop. Required to know the New York City health code and made sure all aspects of the operation met it. An 'A' grade inspection was received during my time as manager.
