Please keep abreast of the latest digital technologies and social media trends; you can use these tools to reach potential candidates.Managing full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of requisitionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting processProactively identify top talent using creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, social media, networking, and employee referralsConduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and motivationExtend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating salary and benefits on behalf of the companyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance issuesStay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve the effectiveness of the recruiting functionParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as assignedServe as a positive ambassador for the company, promoting the employer brand to both active and passive candidatesProvide world-class customer service to internal and external customersLead Veteran Initiatives for recruiting and collaborate on ideas for marketing/events/proposals to grow the Veteran Initiatives internally and externally.
