Tenacious Tapes are market leaders and innovators supplying adhesive tape products across Australia especially within the entertainment industry supplying a wide range of the "Gaffer with Grunt" adhesive tapes for stage, music and film productions. Some entertainment tapes include specialised tapes to use with Chromakey backgrounds, heat resistant tapes for hot lights and tape for laying over cords with no adhesive down the middle to protect expensive equipment but create a safe environment.Working predominantly as a customer service representative, Jordan has developed strong communication and customer management skills during his time at Schaffer & Company. (The parent company of Tenacious Tapes)In this role, my key responsibilities include:- Liaising between major distributors providing ETAs and responding to enquiries.- Using MYOB ERP Software Greentree on a daily basis to create sale orders, data entry, item inventory maintenance, customer maintenance, printing packing slips, looking up invoices, tracking information, pricing and stock level enquiries.- General ad-hoc duties such as photocopying, printing and technical support.- Managing the Tenacious Tapes Youtube Channel page, uploading content, titles, descriptions and metadata to create more visible SEM and SEO results for our customers.

I am a videographer for the weekly filming and app tagging of local football games for the SFNL league later published on the Sportscast Cloud custom league video site for the SFNL. This footage is then used for coaching purposes.Worked as the only manned camera operator on the Men and Women's NICL Grand Finals multicam live-stream on Cricket Australia Indoor's Facebook page. Filmed the Women's NICL Hoppers Hurricanes v Kings and the Men's NICL Casey Stars v Croydon Raiders.I also completed a live multi-cam stream at Monash Caulfield on a varsity soccer night, filmed ultimate frisbee and soccer and audience interaction during the live stream, which was broadcasted live to Facebook on a roving camera.

In my role as a Freelance Content Creator at Hsemu House I am responsible for:• Edit archival footage for exhibition events to advertise in multiple formats on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.• Create motion graphics suitable for broadcast events on Fox Sports. • Assist with data wrangling and equipment handling during production shoots.

In my role as a Digital Care Specialist at Belong I am responsible for:-Responding to customers in a timely manner on Zendesk to resolve a range of issues and enquiries such as tech support, billing, activations and more for internet and mobile services.-Running troubleshooting testing in nbnco to determine the cause of internet issues such as slow speeds, drop outs and no connectivity.-Booking technician appointments for customers that require it.-Using Salesforce to liaise with other teams, action requests andlog interactions with customers over Zendesk.In addition to my role’s duties I have also:-Assisted the Social Lead by entering over 1200 individual shifts from Excel spreadsheet to MS Teams Shifts for Digital Care,Social and Social Support teams-Provided feedback on macros to be used by social team andcreated some.-Performed an audit activity in Zendesk to discover infrequentusers so they can be removed from the system and prioritise licensing fees for new agents that require Zendesk access.- Researched content that was provided to a writer for a blog post to be published on a Belong platform.

In this role, I developed engaging videos regarding welcome, product demonstration, and new product lines for Tenacious Tapes website and YouTube Channel.This series of videos included the creation of branded motion graphics as well as a YouTube channel.
