My responsibilities as a systems analyst, have been to identify areas within the business that require high availability. Once identified because it is within manufacturing environment i would then integrate the manufacturing systems with the information technology systems. This ultimately allows for increased productivity as well as international access directly linked to production. This responsibility is not only limited to a production environment but within the business as a whole. The main objective is to assist the business in running more efficiently, whilst at the same time the systems assist staff in performing their set duties in the most productive manner.

My responsibilities as a Systems Administrator were (and not limited to) design,deployment and management of MS Exchange 2010, MS Hyper-V, MS SCVMM,MS SCOM, as well as maintenance of Dell Server Hardware working with SAN's including the commissioning and configuring of Data Center environments as well as multiple site server rooms. I was also responsible for the Onsite Management of Integr8 Staff at the client and daily system admin duties. the demand for excellent support was crucial as this role was within a fast paced 24 hour production environment, where availability of services are essential, having to be available 24/7.

Small Business support of network and desktop assistance

Made sure all back of house event functionality was in place, from setting up event venues to running with all the behind the scene tasks of an event, for example the British Music Awards and Movie Premier launches.
