As CEO, I was leading and overseeing the entire installation to include security, airfield operations, logistics, sustainment, communications and all medical operations/support. As an experienced leader in crisis, I masterfully directed all actions during 200-year flood which damaged 30 buildings and 135 homes costing over $3M and during the successful recovery of an aviation accident, saving both personnel and a multi-million dollar military aircraft. During this tenure, I served as the deputy to the base commander in all facets of operations and support. I served as the lead for two critical, nuclear operations exercises, ensuring the base maintained its highest readiness posture for national security.
