We manufacture, sell and service the only independent, 3rd party tested SPH style helicopter helmet available in the civilian helicopter industry: the Aspida™ Helicopter Helmet and the Phoenix Helicopter Helmet. I am the creator of the Kairos™ Retention Assembly. The Kairos™ Retention Assembly has become disruptive innovation within our industry through the integration of the Boa® Closure System. The Kairos™ has fundamentally changed the way an SPH style helmet fits and has made it the most comfortable helicopter helmet on the market. We are the first company to upgrade an SPH style helmet beyond its "base" helmet image. We have competed our Aspida™ Helicopter Helmet against HGU-56, Alpha, EVO and Gallet and have successfully won the competitions and have also taken business away from those manufacturers/distributors.

10-20 ALSS manufactures, markets and sells the Phoenix Flight Helmet to the civilian helicopter industry. We also perform inspections, refurbishments and sell parts specifically designed for SPH-4/5 style helmets.

Developed products required by my unit that were not provided by the Air Warrior Program Office.
