Constructed the high-level program plan and master timeline for the eventual rollout, covering approximately 45,000 users and 40,000 machines. Upon completion of the Proof of Process, led the advance mobilization and preparation activities leading up to pilot rollout, including developing the detailed program plan, performing resource allocation and leveling, and overseeing integration of the Accelerate toolset with the customer's existing deployment process. Upon completion, handed over the program in a ready state for the program team to commence large-scale ramp-up to program execution.

The resulting solution was named “EPOS Solution of the Year” at the 2004 European Retail Solutions industry award ceremony.
