I lead the finance and legal functions for Hydra Host Inc. Duties include General Counsel responsibilities including, but not limited to contract drafting and review, contract negotiation, legal strategy. Financial oversight including FP&A, budgeting, treasury management, monthly reporting, tax planning, AP/AR, compliance, accounting oversight, communication with board of directors. I argued motions in district court, and prepared civil filings. I was also given the opportunity to conduct misdemeanor trials and negotiate plea bargains.

As the Assistant Manager I was tasked with running the front of the house. I supervised about 20 people including waitresses, bartenders, bus boys and hostesses. My responsibilities included making the schedule, taking inventory, maintaining positive customer relations, hiring and firing staff and removing unruly patrons.
