• Lead Executive Recruitment for Sr. Manager and above positions. Developed and implemented intelligence database targeting executive talent for external recruitment.• Developed and implemented global talent acquisition model for ETRADE information services LOB including building staffing team (4) in Manila, Philippines, ATS and assessment/selection tool integration. Currently oversee Manila staffing team and objectives. 171 hired for 2010. • Oversee FINRA background screening, fingerprinting, and U-4 compliance checks.• Developed and implemented the recruiting and staffing management function for ETRADE including full lifecycle recruiting, recruiting metrics, performance management, succession and workforce planning, and retention.• Staffing Project/Functional lead for enterprise wide upgrade to Oracle v12. Modules included Irecruitment (ATS), CORE HR, Talent Performance Management (TPM) and Compensation Workbench. Redesign Staffing workflows to align with Manager Self Service (MSS) approach.• Participate in enterprise-wide HR initiatives to include performance leadership, compensation incentives design, workforce planning, organizational efficiency and redundancy evaluation, and strategic skill and values based staffing.• Implemented LIMRA and ETC assessment/selection tools for retail and service recruiting. ROI of 350K realized in 2009 for saved training and recruiting expenditures. • Supported all business units within E*TRADE to include information technology, brokerage, trading, compliance, marketing, margins, corporate operations, and retail and customer service.• Responsible for day-to-day operations of E*TRADE Retail/Service Staffing Operations as well as activities related to the talent development and succession planning.• Manage Vendor on Premise and contingent workforce management program for all ETRADE temp, contractors and consultants.
