Responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the HR function for a $150M manufacturing company which employed more than 1500 employees in 9 separate US locations. Roles included labor and employee relations, training and development, recruiting and succession planning.

Provided strategic HR leadership for a $500M high tech business. Led a team of 16 HR professionals, supported four manufacturing locations, sales/marketing and business headquarters.

Working directly with CEO and Sr. Vice-President of HR, restructured struggling business unit responsible for two-thirds of company net income.

Led integration process of newly acquired companies. Internal consultant for $6B Aerospace Division, providing counsel to 36 remote locations.

Supported two General Managers (Sales & Service) in the southeast region which employed more than 1,000. Responsibilities covered 39 different metropolitan areas in a 13 state region
