Worked on traditional architectural design as well as different aspects of city and environmental planning, including Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, SMA and JDA applications, and other zoning, due diligence, and entitlement projects.

Other miscellaneous experience includes laser levelness surveys, moisture intrusion investigation (including destructive testing), and large scale hotel and apartment unit surveys.

Worked on all project phases, from DDs to CDs to CA, primarily for public school projects, including elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, libraries, and theaters. Ran client/architect design meetings, put together construction document sets, went through the Division of the State Architect approval process, answered RFIs, created ASIs, reviewed pay apps, and facilitated project close outs.
