I'm excited for new opportunities in the field of Data Science, and I'm especially excited about Machine Learning.I have 11 years of experience in technical support and solution discovery. I'm on track to complete a B.S. in Data Management/Data Analytics in Q4, 2024. After a brief respite I will start on a Masters specializing in Data Science and Machine Learning.I've honed skills in communication, troubleshooting, analysis, research, and all-around technical expertise. I'm excited to combine those skills with my passion for data science. In my current position I'm finding opportunities to help my department prepare to use its data more effectively, and onboard tools selected by our data team, such as Snowflake and Tableau. I'm proficient in python and familiar with many other tools, such as SQL, PowerBI, and R.
