Worked on site with the client office representing my company during application and solution development. Along with a colleague we were responsible for attending meetings, understanding the solutions and designing, integrating and testing our product to comply and function with the back end systems. • Integrating third party libraries, SDKs and creating builds for testing• Organizing the release of those builds in a timely manner• Working with the external test teams to ensure that the testing is completed correctly• Managing the defect work flow from opening to closure including: Daily defect triage meetings Investigating incoming and outgoing defects with root cause analysis Suggesting solutions and fixes for defects Organizing the test efforts for our defects and testing the defect for closure• Coordinate, facilitate and partake in defect testing sessions for our internal and external test teams in the following components: Remote SCF, MSMW, Rogers OSMP, CLICC, CRM, IPTV Proxy and Janrain• Served as the onsite consultant for MSI and other CSI• Prototyping solutions before they are implemented and testing them locally• Auditing implemented solutions and provide feedback (defect and scrum teams)• Creating, managing and developing relationships with internal and external parties on the project. • Interpreting business and technical requirements and ensuring that the software meets specifications.• Diagnosing issues back to their root causes in a complex, multi-tiered complex environment.• Validating release notes & operational upgrade procedures and deploying application components.• Enveloping and implementing testing and evaluation plans for IT systems and controls to gauge conformity with industry standards of efficiency, accuracy and security.• Understanding client needs and developing and maintaining excellent client relations.
