Juan Segarra is an accomplished construction executive, entrepreneur, investor, purpose-driven leader, devoted family man and lifelong learner. Segarra began his entrepreneurial journey by founding Foresight Construction Group during the 2008 Recession at the age of 29. As President and CEO, he has grown the firm’s annual revenues to over $40 million and more than 50 employees across three offices throughout Florida. Foresight’s focus is providing commercial construction services to institutional, federal and commercial clients throughout the southeast US and into the Caribbean. Under Segarra’s leadership, Foresight has seen double digit growth for eight out of the company’s last ten years.Segarra believes in leading the organization through clarity of purpose and a set of well-defined core values that all team members share. In 2019 the company earned the distinction as one of Florida Trend’s Best Places to Work for in Florida. Segarra has personally been recognized by Engineering News-Record as one of the Southeast’s Top Young Professionals for his contributions to the construction industry as well as to the local communities Foresight serves. He is passionate about building people, families and strengthening communities. His philanthropic efforts are focused around children’s and family services, early childhood education, humanitarian relief and ministry-related causes. He currently resides in Florida with his wife, Melissa and their four children. Segarra is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and currently serves on the board of directors of YPO Florida.
