We worked tirelessly to ensure that the product was not only innovative but also reliable and user-friendly.Go-To-Market Strategy:Developing the go-to-market strategy was a pivotal aspect of my role. I led efforts to segment our target audience, determine pricing strategies, and create compelling positioning and messaging. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, we crafted a strategy that would resonate with our customers and drive adoption. I provided guidance and support to ensure they were well-equipped to address customer inquiries and concerns. Additionally, I collaborated closely with our technical support teams to swiftly resolve any issues that arose. I also worked closely with the customer in our private preview program making sure we got the best feedback as possible.
