I run a small, advisory business, specialising in helping Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers achieve and maintain accreditation to ISO 9001 and more recently to ISO 14001.Advising on the practical application of the Standard and working with clients to design and implement a Quality Management System which reflects and enhances their everyday processes. Assisted with the preparation of the initial Quality Management System Manual and Procedures for Valuation Surveyors. Subsequently appointed as Quality Co-ordinator with full responsibility for undertaking internal audits, instigating improvements as a result of feedback, leading Management Reviews and maintaining ISO 9001 Certification.
