My career as a life and business coach has been centered around human potential - unleashing resources, facilitating their activation, and providing new perspectives that allow my clients to achieve the goals they set for themselves and/or their organisations. Coaching contexts can vary from executive and/or team coaching, career coaching, or life coaching. I pride myself in having superior analytical skills and the ability to listen between the lines, picking up on gestures and body language as well as on words, and integrating that in my coaching. I also help clients overcome some of those core beliefs they might have picked up as a child, and which act as barriers in adulthood. In my business coachings, I rely on the variety of industry experience that I bring to the table. This is complemented by the management skills I have built up in my career, and the management training I received. I believe curiosity, flexibility and ambition are the components that make us grow. Intrinsic motivation is the key to our personal resilience, and to innovation and change. I help organisations and individuals to hone these skills. I consider myself to be a serious thinker, but I firmly believe that learning and positive emotions (part of which are joy and laughter) should go hand in hand. This is what makes us human. This is what allows us to enjoy the ride that is our life.
