As a part of this job role, I deliver overall project leadership by developing creative briefs, and finalizing scope, budgets, technical specifications, and schedules. It is worth mentioning that I direct multiple projects simultaneously, while applying project management best practices and tools. It is me who extends production assistance, including coaching digital producers on workflow and financial management. I build effective relationships with vendors, and negotiate contracts and orders requires resources. I also communicate with post-production facilities and maintain a digital asset archive for each project. One of my key tasks is to act as a liaison and initial point of contact, and facilitate communication between internal teams, artists, external service providers, and customers. I am involved in collaborating with all stakeholders and monitoring projects' milestones to enforce compliance with clients' requirements and budgets. I am responsible for identifying and resolving operational concerns and/or project bottlenecks, as well as building relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, I oversee the work of editorial, creative, graphic (3D and 2D), and administrative teams in the preparation and implementation of proposals and projects.My accomplishments within this role are following:• Assisted in developing an Unreal Engine workflow for location/beauty asset creation.• Converted Web-Based Training materials from Flash to HTML and motion graphics.• Spearheaded quality assurance process for Sales Communication Team and used JIRA to manage issues.• Administered internal web and CG/3D developments and utilized creative capabilities to direct internal and external teams of CG/3D artists and re-touchers.• Acted as a 3D technology liaison between the agency, vendors, and clients as well as designed and developed WEBGL character configurator for AMPM.
