At PS Technology, a subsidiary of Union Pacific, I led the development and delivery of 'Precision Train Builder,' a game-changing rail industry solution for in-train force simulations, enhancing operational efficiency and preventing derailments. Additionally, I guided 'Mobile Tie-Up,' streamlining rail-crew management and leading technical services engagements with shortline railroads.Throughout my journey, I've successfully led teams in application development and support across Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources, driving impactful transformations in these domains.
