I was responsible for assisting individuals and small businesses understand the importance of managing their cash flow through customized planning and investment tools. My primary role was managing the overall operations of the branch while directing activities to help maintain and develop business and consumer relationships

• When a leadership opportunity became available at Regions Bank, I was asked to apply for the positon. I did and was promoted to an assistant branch manager position which was later retitled as a branch team leader. • Due to my previous management experience, I was transferred to four different locations to lead teams that were in between branch managers. • During this time, I continued to lead my peers in several sales metrics related to lending, customer satisfaction, and operations as I had done in my previous position. • In addition I lead two locations to exceed their scorecard goals, which is an overall measurement of branch success to a predetermined list of goals.

• I was hired at Region’s Bank as A Financial Services Representative to learn the industry before transitioning to another leadership role. • During this time I lead my peers in several sales metrics related to lending, customer satisfaction, and operations.

• In my time as a manager at Radio Shack, I was able to make an immediate impact by taking a failing store and returning it to profitability.
