Worked with the CEF eID development team within DG DIGIT of the European Commission to write, edit and publish the technical documentation set, enabling Member States to develop their eIDAS-Nodes and to integrate with the eIDAS Network.

A short assignment to meet peak demand for production of knowledge transfer operational procedures for a major offshoring business transformation programme in the insurance industry.Worked closely with business analysts, subject matter experts, the project team and external consultants to deliver a large number of documents through three review and approval cycles. Areas covered were financial operations and underwriting administration. Worked closely with business analysts, subject matter experts and stakeholders to produce member bank and internal facing implementation documentation for a number of services including targeted marketing via mobile app, contactless payments in a transit environment, migration of national currencies to euro.

Edited, wrote and web published a wide variety of documentation originally sourced from business analysts, including: legally binding Detailed Service Descriptions, operational newsletters and user guides.Peer reviewed and edited documents produced by colleagues to ensure compliance with the corporate style guide, tone of voice and requirements of the legal department.Managed the review process of a large number of documents, liaising with reviewers in business, technical, legal and commercial domains.Published cross-language content to the web on the Belgian, Dutch, French and UK sites.
