This required an overhaul of the accounting system to provide GAAP style reporting. Lead the hiring and training of newly hired operations people in all areas, including Controller and Operations Manager positions which were key to building the professional organization. The primary focus as President is on the strategic design, operation, and improvement of all manufacturing and delivery systems for Belt Power’s products and services. During the 6 year period since acquisition, the company's EBITDA grew 75%, with Cash Flow increasing 90%. The total debt retired during the first 6 years totaled 64% of the initial debt structure. In 2012 the senior debt was consolidated and refinanced providing lower interest expenses and accelerated amortization of the term loan. An additional branch location was opened in 2010 in North Houston, TX servicing the Food Processing Industry with first year payback of start up costs. Currently operating 3 locations with 42 full time employees.

Prepared the company to be sold by it's founder and CEO while in the role of COO. Assisted in the transition from COO to CEO during the post sale period.
