About Jane Shersher

Hi! I'm Jane. Nice to meet you! I am passionate about the intersection between the human mind and body, and environment in which we all function. I've studied occupational therapy in the premier accelerated program in the country as well as medical social work. I believe that helping people to make healthy choices starts with understanding the core of behavior and what makes us all tick. I enjoy being a versatile clinician and entrepreneur, and have served in a variety of administrative and supervisory roles throughout the progression of my career. I engage in opportunities that invite interdisciplinary collaboration, and actively work to reduce the prevalence of burnout within workspaces by creating new ways to access mental health and physical health resources. I've served in leadership roles and as part of collaborative teams, working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and needs in hospitals, schools, skilled nursing facilities, corporations, resource agencies, recreational facilities, and more.I am always happy to hear from people, so feel free to email me at jane@avatoday.com
