My duties include negotiation of license agreements, maintenance of relationships with hardware vendors and business partners, providing support to academic collaborators, sales and revenue reporting, organization of domestic and international Gaussian workshops, maintenance of relationships with international sales agent partners, participation in marketing activities, management of the customer service staff, and creation and negotiation of contracts.

As a member of Gaussian’s technical support staff, my main function was providing technical support to customers. My additional duties included giving workshops at customer sites, participation in product testing, and maintaining the computer systems used for program development and testing.
