I additionally relayed necessary information to the various service lines of CPS. Lastly I coordinated case closures between the various service lines and clients.

Provided support to physician credentialing process which can include physician file preparation, data base entry, notification of demographic changes, and ongoing management of the physician’s documents and the database.
