My diverse work at the League of American Orchestras has focused on serving hundreds of member orchestras and thousands of individual members, improving customer experience, developing and implementing social media strategies, managing bloggers and content for annual conference blog, and ongoing work around new business models related to membership value, benefits, and engagement.- Curate content and develop strategies for increased engagement on League360, Facebook, Twitter, and other… Show more My diverse work at the League of American Orchestras has focused on serving hundreds of member orchestras and thousands of individual members, improving customer experience, developing and implementing social media strategies, managing bloggers and content for annual conference blog, and ongoing work around new business models related to membership value, benefits, and engagement.- Curate content and develop strategies for increased engagement on League360, Facebook, Twitter, and other social sites, including development of training materials for the online community- Provide standard member services support, including response to member inquiries, data entry, and transaction processing- Help devise and implement strategies to improve membership value, benefits, and engagement, including member research and follow up- Manage the scheduling and posting of content for the Help Yourself area of The Hub - Provide quarterly stats on broad website related analytics- Produce sessions and other content, as requested by Learning and Leadership Development- Act as League liaison for EarShot and other programs, as required- Coordinate services between members and League departments including Knowledge Center and Advocacy, including general queries, collaboration on surveys and social media postings Show less
