Member of the Agency Executive / Senior Management Team. Study work flow of all users to see where IT initiatives can increase employee efficiency and reduce costs. Responsible for all IT initiatives, budgeting, Agency IT policy and procedure development, implementation and monitoring. Saved the Agency over $200,000/year by renegotiation contracts, installing newer technology, and regularly auditing services. Completed an Agency-wide risk assessment performed by RSM McGladrey, without any significant findings. Worked with software vendors (EMR and adaptive technology providers) and end-users to ensure ADA compliance, including training and alpha/beta testing. Replaced entire network infrastructure, as well as 80% of end user devices, within 2 years of employment. This was completed at roughly 25% under budget and without any end-user interruptions lasting more than 1hour every year. Responsible for engineering, procuring, installation, configurating, administering, and maintaining an extensive network, in 42 locations, comprised of Cisco, Sonicwall, Nimble, Barracuda, Symantec, GFI, Kaspersky, Veeam, Windows, VMWare, Polycom, HP/Dell, IOS, and Android. Worked with other local, regional, and state organizations to identify and implement collaborative initiatives. Assisted 550+ end users with IT training, as well as network and/or service issues. Manage 18 servers, 350+ computers, 120+ printers and 74 VPN tunnels. Responsible for assessing, selecting, and designing the implementation of multiple Agency EMR/EHR/PMS systems. Selected, deployed, and support of an Agency-wide VOIP telephone systems. Served as the HIPAA Security Officer, responsible for monitoring network usage to maintain compliance with HIPAA and agency policies/procedures. Created Agency intranet page, as well as web based registration and management system for Agency annual fundraisers. Designed and launched a new Agency public website (www.arcon.org)
