My professional passion is to solve problems and remove the obstacles that stand in the way of employee success, operational fluidity, and collective excellence. I experience great fulfillment connecting with less experienced individuals, building high performance teams, and mentoring professional advancement. Throughout an award-winning career in the United States Marine Corps, I advanced regularly to positions of increased purview, and was comfortable being entrusted with oversight of hundreds of personnel, dozens of high-performing departments and programs, and $200M+ regional OPEX/CAPEX budgets. At heart, I’m a unifier. I lead with empathy. I eliminate communications siloes to bring factions together in cohesiveness and same-page focus. My desire—always—is to make a difference; to figure out how to help everyone win together, and make a more poignant impact.
