- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and assist in yearly Internal Audit across branches. - Assist in the progress of implementation of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems- Ensure standards and the quality of laboratory procedures by strictly following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Liaise with Production department by reviewing all tentative quality control testing and providing approval in finished good or ongoing production to ensure products are being produce in a timely manner with the best quality. - Managing work activities for lab personnels to support the operating units, business teams and technical assurance.- Ensure the information that is supplied by the lab to the involved department is submitted in a timely manner.- Ensure effective management among team members through dialog and coaching process. - Develop personnel training plan including lab technician certification requirements, lab specialist training plans and succession planning for laboratory.- Review lab workflow processes to achieve reliable effective process to meet the needs and support function of the lab

- Provide after sales support including chemistry application, technical services on PAL Automation (MCPD automated solution and MOSH MOAH Analysis) with proficiency in using Clarity and Chronos software. - Coordinate closely with other department to ensure customers satisfaction while maintaining positive working relationship between client and organisation - Provide application and software training to customers after completion of instrumentation commissioning, installation to ensure customers are well versed as an end user- Conduct acceptance test and provide assistance remotely and troubleshooting of the automation via TeamViewer

- Conduct in-process application testing from manufacturing and research and development departments using advanced assay techniques on automated immunoassay systems. - Perform 2nd stage inspection of incoming materials prior to use in manufacturing process include raw materials, chemicals and testing materials. - Involve in all activities associated with testing and inspection of antigens prior to use for manufacturing process. - Maintain, Calibrate and Troubleshooting of lab equipment as require.- Assist with review and approval of CoA's and labels.

- Perform applications testing according to established SOP and test in-process material from manufacturing and research and development departments using various assay methods and laboratory equipments with precise handling and consistent judgements.- Calibrate and perform maintenance on variety of chemistry analyzers as require, calculate dilution needs and test outside vendor supplied antisera to determine suitability for production.- Assist senior Application Tech in preparation of reagents for established testing procedures and development of new methods.- Utilize computer and statistical software to record and analyze data.- Inspect incoming material for release according to established SOP. - Perform other laboratory tasks as needed and manages task in timely manner.- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all tasks performed for establishment of methods and standards in regard to ISO standards to ensure quality.

- Helped operate four testing centers and ensure an organized daily operation- Proctored approximately 50 students daily to ensure online examination are conducted smoothly and ensure students do not cheat while taking exams in respective testing centers.- Assisted supervisor and program assistant in job shadows and training new student employees.
