Fearless Future is a queer-owned design collective dedicated to working with nonprofits and businesses helping build a better future. We are passionate about bringing great design, smart marketing, and incredible insight to organizations that make the world a better place for all of us.

I manage the digital properties and am responsible for all of the graphic design projects for the organization. I facilitate the work of partner organizations, volunteers, and third-party vendors to ensure brand consistency and manage the email workflow for all of our external communications. As a member of the marketing team, I coordinate with the staff across the organization — and the nation — to develop graphics suited for each audience and platform.

After working as support staff for two years at AU, I successfully lobbied to create a position for myself as the library’s graphic designer. Later, I was able to create a case for adding the responsibility of marketing coordination to my purview. I was responsible for creating a cohesive visual identity, providing the library with a prominent presence on campus, and addressing the day-to-day design needs. As the sole designer, I had the ability to take on many additional responsibilities, such as print buying, photography, copy writing, editing, web design & development, and running an in-house print shop. Additionally, I managed and mentored design assistants and chaired the cross-departmental marketing team.
