What I Do: I enable residents of St Petersburg, both new and old to achieve their real estate vision by guiding and educating them through the current real estate market whilst providing a superior customer experience.Born in England, James has lived in England and Spain before moving to the Sunshine State. Following his move across the pond, he has immersed himself in the world of Real Estate in both a personal and professional capacity. From working with international clients to building his own property portfolio, James knows the industry inside out. James doesn’t believe in pressure sales techniques, he believes that by helping people and providing them with fact-based information clients can make the best decision for themselves. James will make sure that you understand current market conditions, potential hurdles along the way and ways to overcome them. Additionally, James utilizes his international sales experience with his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to keep everything on track.  James is an avid waterman, actively involved in The St. Petersburg Sailing Association and spends as much time a paddle board or boat as possible. When not on the water James takes advantage of all St. Petersburg has to offer with his wife and can often be found at the dog park with their pugs. Understanding all the potential complications of relocating, James ensures your move is smooth sailing from start to finish.
