Managing cross-departmental projects, keeping track of project scope, activities status, deadlines and translating business needs into technical requirements.Support the management board in strategic decisions by building business cases, evaluating proposals and sizing teams.Functional development of a new CRM version, working as a Test Lead and performing project manager and change management activities. This 2-year project involved +100 participants from +20 different business units.Lead the implementation of a nationwide sensor coffee machine that allows remote and preventive technical assistance with its own platform. Definition of functional requirements, redesign and implementation of new processes, training planning and build the support contract with the technical team.

As a Trainee of Grupo Nabeiro I had the opportunity to work in different sectors of the group (Production, Supply Chain, Commercial, Audit and Internal Consulting) throughout an entire year.Novadelta (Coffee roasting and packaging) - Worked with different departments within the factory such as Production, Integrated Management System, Roasting, Control and Analysis, Integrated Planning and Logistics in order to develop a project to identify and analyze the biggest problems of some production machines.Tecnidelta (Builds and fixes coffee machines) – Developed a project to analyze and suggest improvement opportunities in the production line and warehouse operations.Comercial Area – Supported Commercials in the negotiation with their clients in order to learn different strategies for business growth and to identify most common client needs.Delta Operations (Technical Assistance, Logistics and Client Service) – Worked in 3 areas to assess the product delivery process and stakeholders interaction. Developed a project to map their processes and identify service improvement opportunitiesDuring the program, I also participated in a six-month innovation program (Delta Mind Lab) with 60 participants from 20 areas of the company where 8 teams had to build a product or a service from an idea. In various bootcamps we learned and developed a business model by: conducting interviews with prospect clients and suppliers, benchmarking competitors, financial planning and writing the final proposal to investors. In the end I had the privilege to pitch our project together with a colleague to panel of C-level external stakeholders.To sum up, this program gave me an almost 360 vision of the group, the opportunity to meet and work with great professionals from different fields and levels of the hierarchy, the flexibility to easily switch to new work environments and opened the possibility to develop and collaborate in various projects.

Development of an agroindustry in Angola for a land of 2 000 ha. This project has been developed in Mindburry with the help of various entities. I had the privilege to work with different colleagues from areas such as communication, financial and consulting during the multiple phases of the project. I developed critical thinking, communication, teamwork and I worked my ability to synthesize information.

CTCT - Soft Skills for Science and Technology. It is a subject that encompasses all the students from first year. It was 50 hours of formation and 60 hours of work. I had the possibility to give classes for 30-40 students during 4h and to do activities for 150-200 students in auditorium. This opportunity gave me the possibility to know excellent professors from different fields and to develop responsibility and communication skills.
