I am an experienced material scientist and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in various manufacturing processes, including casting, open die forging, die forging, extrusion forging, hot rolling mills, electric overhead cranes, sheet metal, heavy engineering machine shop, fabrication, welding, plastic injection moulding and sintering / powder metallurgy for Aerospace, Aviation, Automobile, Marine & Defence industry. I currently serve as the Senior Operations Manager at Finch Seaman Enfield Group Ltd, a leading metal products supplier in the UK. In this role, I am responsible for managing the SQCDP for all operations i.e. Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People.
