Human-driven data economy (IHAN) was inspired by MyData and building capabilities for GDPR enabled digital services. During the Finnish EU Presidency working very closely with the European Commission, the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment in drafting EU Data Strategy. Our response to EU data strategy is labeled as "Fair Data Economy".Development of soft infrastructure needed to build interoperable data spaces and to enable Data Sovereignty in practice.
