Rather than demonstrate my wry sense of humor and ability to use acronyms as a replacement for actual English, I'll simply list how I've approached this life of abundant opportunity in pseudo-code since you don't really need to know much more about me beyond that. 10. DO (Read everything on chosen subject to build knowledge base);20. DO (Attempt to use knowledge, animal magnetism, and SEO talent for market gain);30. IF result = fail { DO (Supplement written knowledge with actual experience on what really seems to work); Goto 10;}40. DO (Scale profitably as quickly as possible);50. Goto 10;As you can see, I'm trapped in a 20+ year running infinite loop of entrepreneurialism and digital marketing...and I couldn't be happier. Specialties: SEO / SEM / SMM, influencer marketing, affiliate network development, executive business developmentGeneric domains I have available: Automobile.com, AutoLoans.com

Co-Founder, CeoIntellifluence Aug 2016 - PresentScottsdale, Az, UsInfluencer marketing fulfillment made easy for budgets of all sizes. Discover the right influencers for you or your client's product, pitch them, and get honest reviews that turn into sales. Get started now at https://intellifluence.com/ Like all SaaS platform CEOs, I solve chicken and egg problems; we are growing aggressively and trying to push the limits of bootstrapping. Six years later we're the largest warm contact influencer marketing network in existence due to our insistence on focusing on the fulfillment problem our industry faces. My other duties include everything biz dev, writing a ridiculous amount, collecting feature requests, making sure the toilet paper is stocked and ensuring diet coke is being consumed at inhuman rates. -

PartnerDigital Marketers Organization Jan 2019 - Dec 2020Scottsdale, UsWhile attending my first Advanced Search Summit in Napa, CA in 2018 I knew I was hooked. Overlooking Whitehall Lane's vineyard from my cottage balcony I decided right then that I needed to have a bigger role with the event than just a speaker. After multiple meetings, conversations (and bottles of wine) with Jim and TJ, an idea was born to create a new organization -- the Digital Marketers Organization -- which would from then on manage the Advanced Search Summit. My role? Get butts in seats. If I'm reaching out to you it's because I really want to see you at an upcoming event, either as a sponsor, a speaker, or an attendee. Current events are in the always lovely Napa, CA (April) and our nation's capital of Washington, D.C. (Sept), specializing in both paid and organic search, social/influence, and other burgeoning digital marketing topics.Additionally we have begun running private digital marketing events for select corporations, designed to act as a head-to-toe digital transformation experience. Founder, Principal, Advisor, & Final Word On SeoEmpirical Marketing May 2003 - Jun 2013UsIf it has a profitable search, we're there. In other words, SEO on thousands of websites with over millions of phrases for fun and/or profit. Seriously, we're really good at SEO. We have never bid on SEO projects; everyone that comes to us is either a referral or someone that specifically sought us out after researching the kind of SEO we accomplished already for their niche. 11 years is a long time, so here are some of my various SEO and non-SEO activities, in no particular order:1. Audience development (primarily SEO / CRO) on over 4000 domains, from $0 to $10m rev/yr2. Managed SEO / SEM / Display advertising budget over $6m/yr3. Led upwards of 50 hardworking individuals; staff was a mix of programmers, SEOs, and writers4. Developed business intelligence concepts for programming team to create (see below projects such as captcha reading, competitive SEO footprint detection, cloud-based jobbing, multi-tier link database, SEO link scoring system, etc)5. Oversaw creation and management of affiliate management programs for multiple industries, involving 100+ participants6. Developed initial underwriting models for partner loan portfolios to minimize default rates7. C-level business development, both buying and selling of portfolios and premium domains8. Maintain and develop C-level vendor relationships If you're a bit fuzzy on what SEO means, take wikipedia's definition here: [Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine's "natural" or un-paid ("organic") search results...SEO may target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, video search, academic search,[1] news search and industry-specific vertical search engines. The plural of the abbreviation SEO can also refer to "search engine optimizers," those who provide SEO services.] -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Search_engine_optimization -
Seo And General Marketing ConsultantJoe Sinkwitz Seo Consulting Jun 2002 - Dec 2005From everything SEO, managing PPC campaigns and affiliate programs, to copywriting and link building. Primary activities included picking apart existing SEO strategies and putting into practice SEO processes that actually work, without the fluff. This started when a random contact asked if they could shovel money at me in exchange for doing SEO. Transitioning from a SEO salesman that didn't like having to sell people (SEO solutions provider was so much more appealing) this was a bright light bulb. I learned a valuable lesson: do an incredible job with a client's SEO and they will brag to their friends, which results in more SEO gigs. Business in the pure SEO-consulting business was brisk for years, but I came to realize it required more than just a one-man shop, to do it right I needed a support staff, development resources at my disposal, and a strong business partner capable of challenging my wacky SEO ideas. Thus, I shuttered the one-man band of SEO Joe not long after forming the lovely SEO agency that is Empirical.

Seo Business DevelopmentIcrossing Dec 2001 - Jun 2002New York, Ny, UsSEO consultancy where I mostly sold SEO services to Fotune 1000 clients. iCrossing was one of the first pure-SEO agencies to spring up in the Phoenix metro area, which is now home to many quality firms. During the days in which I was there, the phrases I'd use to best describe the situation are 'dynamic' and 'agile.' Change was more than a daily occurance, with sales meetings dominated with how to sell the latest SEO strategy, constant conversations with tech implimenters on how best to actually utilize those SEO strategies (from my previous experience I was able to walk both sides of the line as SEO salesman and developer of SEO strategies). In a word, iCrossing was intense, but it is here that I firmly made up my mind that I had a gift in SEO and needed to nurture that gift for as long as the wild west Internet days lasted. Since then, SEO has always been top-of-mind for me. -
Program Manager (I.E. Not A Seo)Kpmg May 2000 - Oct 2001New York, Ny, UsDevelopment and maintenance of the AZ state and local tax internal operations software. This was my one "non-SEO" break after discovering SEO, pretending that software development was the career for me since it was an extension of my formal education of information systems (vs my non-traditional education of manipulating SEO on Alta Vista to sell pharma products via a local doctor). While some of the skills acquired such as creating/manipulating massive SQL queries still come in quite handy when picking apart research data on the latest and greatest 3am SEO project I can honestly say I don't miss monkeying with county tax rolls all that much. The work-hard culture of KPMG was fantastic though, and I've tried to take the best parts of it for building my SEO agency.
