Joe is an accredited restructuring and insolvency specialist, with 13+ years of professional experience focused on delivering optimal solutions to companies and organizations in distress. As a Senior Manager / Vice President with KPMG's Restructuring & Turnaround practice in Calgary, Joe supports debtors, lenders, shareholders, and other stakeholders during turbulent times. Joe has worked on restructuring and insolvency engagements across Canada and the U.S. in industries including oil & gas, real estate, construction, transportation, aviation, retail, and non-profit. In addition to a strong track record of successful advisory and out-of-court restructuring arrangements, Joe has extensive experience in delivering solutions through formal insolvency arrangements, including CCAA's, receiverships, BIA proposals, court ordered liquidations, and bankruptcies.
