Working as part of the Activation team on the account of Pharmaceutical clients incl. Johnson&Johnson, GSK and Bayer; Forecasting sales volumes of innovative products and providing consultancy on marketing strategy for OTC drug launches.

PhD Thesis: Biophysical studies to unravel the mechanism of action of antimicrobial peptide PvD1.The thesis consisted of two project streams:1. Biophysical characterization of the mechanism of action of natural plant defensin PvD1 on breast cancer in-vitro model and analysis of peptide's interaction with biological membranes models. Additionally, the role of PvD1 in intercellular communication was investigated by using breast cancer cells-derived exosomes.Activity in-vitro screening was performed in collaboration with CEAMED SA.2. Generation of the synthetic replica of PvD1. The structure of the sythetic peptide was solved in parallel with the natural peptide using NMR technique. Additioanlly, both peptides were compared in terams of their original antifunagal activity using in-vitro and in-vivo models.Chemical synthesis was performed in collaboration with Prof. David Andreu Group at Barcelona Biomedical Research Park, University Pompeu Fabra.The PhD project was supported by Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research and Innovation Staff Exchange Grant

Supporting various global strategic marketing activities such as internal and external launch events of pioneering digital solutions in fertility, campaign development, digital promotion, communication strategy development. Co-ordinating collaboration in a cross-functional international team, updating timelines, tracking milestones, and executing deliverables.Other projects included:- Supporting strategy development for digital engagement program of healthcare professionals- Driving patient educational content development for mobile application and co-ordinating regulatory process - Supporting assessment of pilot launches by driving strategy development for customer feedback generation

During 3 months assignment, I was working closely with Senior Product Manager on:• Launch of new product Regalis Plus• Marketing slogan development for Regalis Plus• Translation and contribution in powerpoint presentation preparation for launching Regalis Plus • Brochure development for Regalis Plus • Organization of marketing events including promotional and informational conferences and international fair.• Editorial of the branch-specific articles for the company web site Thanks to the responsibilities listed above, among others I developed managerial, analytical, project strategic planning, critical thinking and data presentation skills. I was given an insight into business strategy and opportunity to understand the specific customer needs and expectations.

During 3 months internship, I was getting familiar with the work environment in Agricultural Products Division by working on different marketing positions. My major responsibilities included:• Refilling and analysing field trials results• Comparative analysis of loyalty programs offered by selected chemical companies• Contribution to the development of marketing materials• Translation of informational and promotional materials• Actualization of contact databasesAdditionally, I had an opportunity to run an internship team project concerning analysis of European Founding implementation 2014-2020 in the development of innovative products by the chemical industry in Poland.
