I have been a freelance digital, technology, product, and marketing consultant in multiple industries, in over 15 countries. From strategic areas like market opportunity research, user experience strategy, planning, and facilitating implementation working with development teams. I have also extended much of my work into AI enabled processes that make everything go exponentially faster.

As VP of Experience Design, I helped grow the practice and introduce systems for more efficient workflow. Also facilitated and helped develop the approach to highly accelerated “design thinking” workshops.

Change the world kind of stuff managing a team of rockstar experience designers with competencies in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Motion Design. Lead the development of an XR (AR / VR / 360) capability focused on the integration with industrial design. Also had someone on my team who was an expert in embedded technologies involving LEDs, Haptics, etc. running on platforms like Arduino and Rasberry Pi. The focus was exclusively on product design and development with a mix of web, mobile, and device experiences.

Was very proud to lead the Experience Design practice for San Francisco. Focus was on the growth and development of an incredibly talented team of Researchers, User Experience Strategists, and Designers creating engaging and effective solutions for the enterprise and beyond.

What's Next was a digital strategy, user experience, and digital media production business. It was based in San Francisco bay area, but had clients all over the world. It provided integrated programs including product and service design and development, branding, marketing, advertising, and social media strategies.
