Built the most important application for Investors Groups in collaboration with distributed data service and IBM ISAM teams in Winnipeg and 3rd party party Slalom in Toronto, providing service on crm called SalesForce. The product brought financial service for all investors to high level for convenience of viewing financial statements and activities online.The product is already launched for thousands users. As part of Quality Assurance team's mandate was to apply systematic approaches to testing, to ensure the quality of Questrade applications go beyond the acceptance criteria. Worked closely with business, design, development and infrastructure teams to determine and validate that the trading systems, web applications and back end services have a high level of conformity with requirements, from several perspectives such as functionality, availability, performance and usability. QA evaluation of multiple projects involving an online trading platform including black box functional testing, authentication, automation (using Framework in a LINUX/UNIX environment) and back-end server testing. Successful testing strategy included analysis of amounts of data over time but also to provide stakeholders and end-users meaningful options that are based on real-time data through thoroughly testing SQL queries, stored procedures (Sybase Database and Squirrel SQL).

My role here was to streamline QA processes, which resulted in significant product improvements for 3 key projects involving software upgrades, trade and securities reporting, and file server migration from FTP to SFTP.
