After my Mechanical Engineering education At Fontys Hogeschool in Eindhoven I skilled myself in Project Management and Service Delivery management in the IT business.My interest covers the whole chain from offer, via implementation and handover to delivery up to the business as usual operations. Within this chain I have the most added value in the implementation and Service Operations. In my Project Manager roles my strongest points were keeping deadlines and the flexibility to deal with changes of customer requirements, while in my Service Management role my ability to keep overview and my Service oriented attitude towards customers is a strong combination.
