As the sales director of the company I was responsible for acquiring new customers on new markets - my focus was the international sales and distribution. I have raised the level of international customers and relations, creating awareness on new product lines.Responsibility for trade fairs trioBike attended to in terms of planning and participation. Product and technical R&D development. All cargo bikes have been technically modified or improved in terms of modernising the technical specification to fit the technical development. I developed the electrical version of the trioBike basis frame, that works with all the pods available. trioBike Cargo - On the project team from the beginning - I developed the technical specifications for the frame and construction, specified the part specification (BOM) - worked close with the production facility in Asia. trioBike Taxi - a project started on my initiative, it is a Rickshaw bicycle used primarily for the Danish project, Cycling without age, where elderly people are offered rides on a bike, to get out in the fresh are and see the city sights - mainly the project is conducted in nursing homes.

The company that was distributing and branding over 20 brands in Denmark and Scandinavia, all of which were focused on cycling extreme sports. Velo B2B Had 15 sponsored team riders, on different levels. We have arranged major sports events in the niché sport in Denmark, and co-working with companies like RedBull and Monster Energy on events in the DirtJump Park in Århus. Velo B2B was the first big entrepreneurial company I operated, we developed from a small home basis import company that sold products to a few bicycle shops to a company that where well presented in the industry, and had the majority of the high-end bicycle shops on our costumer list. A small local bicycle shop at Frederiksberg in Copenhagen. I opened the shop when I was 17 years old, the shop was opened with the help from my mom, and was a fulfillment of my dream of having a store. We worked there together and created a very nice shop, unfortunately, we had to close down the shop two years after. The store worked as a part of The Bike Man - Mobile bike mechanics

A mobile bicycle mechanic, that drove out to its customers on a long john cargo bike filled with tools and spareparts.I was a frontrunner on the concept and back in 2008/2009 one of the first to try out mobile retail on a cargo bike. My competitors were using vans and trailers with mobile workshops, where I was able to fix a bike anywhere. The customer basis where private persons that called when the bicycle needed fixing, and companies that had a service agreement with us in order to repair the employees bicycles while they are working. Some of the customers references where: Danmarks Radio (danish broadcasting company), Københavns Kommune (City council of Copenhagen), Aller (magazine publisher), PFA (pension fund), HK-Hovedstaden (labour union), and many more. This started as a good idea for an entrepreneurial project - I was 16 years old and just started in high-school - i found out fast that the idea was very good, based on the feedback i received from many different people and organizations I pitched it for. After convincing my mother to give me permission to drop out of high-school and go all in on my idea, she also helped me with my company - in the fact she was the co-owner as the rules for young entrepreneurs back then were not so liberal as they are today, so I couldn't be the owner of my own company. That happened first when I turned 18. I started with working voluntarily in a bicycle workshop in order to learn as much as I can about bicycle repairs in the 3 months off-season (bicycle season - spring - summer - autumn) period I had when I started the company.
