Integrative Veterinary Wellness is a network of veterinary practices that offer complementary care services in conference with general medicine providers. We extend the network of care available to animals by working with instead of against other veterinarians. We offer services at 2 locations, and treatment options include acupuncture, rehabilitation, physical therapy, herbal medicine, regenerative medicine, chiropractic, food therapy and other services to achieve optimal performance and quality of life for our patients.

Developed my own ambulatory veterinary business and client portfolio consisting of a balanced performance medicine practice(25% reproduction, 25% herd health/medicine, 25% racetrack & sales, 25% acupuncture) spread over a diversified client base and geographical area. I added small animal service lines to the acupuncture portion of the practice in 2008, developing new relationships and referral sources. In April of 2013, rapidly developing client relationships in Dallas warranted relocating the practice base to Dallas to capitalize on new opportunities.

Diverse patient population included thoroughbreds in training, broodmares, jumpers, event horses, western performance, endurance and gaited show horses. Developed over 20% client production growth each year through active client relationship management and aggressive emergency call coverage. Areas of specific focus included lameness evaluation, acupuncture, internal medicine, and reproductive problem cases. Practice consisted of 50% reproductive work, 25% general herd health, 15% racetrack and sales, and 10% acupuncture.

Practice served Keeneland Race Course and other training centers in the Bluegrass area for racing, thoroughbred sales, thoroughbred auctions and foal, weanling, and yearling growth management. Daily work included upper airway endoscopy, lameness evaluation and treatment, radiographic interpretation, and pre-race medication.
